Administrators
Administrators are those assigned the highest level of control over the entire Forum. Administrators run the Forum and control all facets of Forum operation which include setting Permissions, Housekeeping, Reviewing Users, Creating Usergroups or Moderators, etc. They also have full Moderator capabilities in all the forums.
They are not responsible for the contents of posts made by others nor do they become involved in replies to posts made by Members, this is the job of the Moderators.
Moderators
Moderators are selected, trusted individuals (or groups of individuals) whose responsibility it is to oversee the running of the various Forums on a day-to-day basis. They have the right to review Users, edit or delete posts and lock, unlock, move, delete and split topics within the Forum they moderate.
Generally, Moderators are there to help prevent posts going off-topic and/or preventing the posting of abusive, misleading or offensive material and to assist the Administrators when and wherever required to uphold the spirit of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Article 19.
